Boss Review: MT-2

Boss Guitar Effects

History:

Purchase: i purchased this bad boy at the rock shop in takapuna, auckland, New Zealand for $250 new after trying out the marshall jackhammer(wich i would also reckomend because it is good but about $100 cheaper), and the boss ds-1.

What I Like About This Boss MT-2: i like what everybody else says they like in the other reviews, built like a tank, u could run it over with a truck and it would still work, u can reach a great range of sounds etc. obviously not one pedal can do every thing but it is a good thing to have to do everything from light overdrive 2 heavy distortion(the boss os-1 overdrive is obviously better for overdrive, but the metal zone still works fine). if u r into metallica and what not then u might want to look into getting the boss mega distortion. over the boss metal zone is a good sturdy powerfull unit.

What I Do NOT Like About The Boss MT-2: blah blah blah feedback like everyone elses reviews say. but there isnt much 2 complain about with this pedal.

Boss MT-2 Quality Rating: ...yup

Review Summary: this is a good pedal :)

Rating of this Boss product: 5

Boss ME-30 - This was a great thing for me. I am still learning, and I found it helped motivate me, being able to re-create the sounds I heard from my favorite bands. If you use a Wah, keep the one you have, don't figure on this replacing it. Great for someone...

Boss BR8 - Now I have about 40 zip discs and no longer have access to the producer's BR8. I was so impressed that I want to stick with the Roland family of multi-track recorders. I bought the first one years ago for $650.00. I am hoping to find a used one that...

Boss SD-1 - If your a classic rocker, use light amp overdrive, and then for the solo stomp and feel the power. Jazz players will get a nice light fuzz on the clean channel. This is not a pedal to be used on its own. It complements any effect it is paired to. ...

Boss MT-2 - One of the best Heavy Metal Pedals, why not try one out! Sounds great if you or your band are doing Creed, Slipknot, Silverchair even Ozzy Osbourne!...

Boss FZ-3 - ...

Boss MT - 2 Metal Zone - quite a good little pedal for practise, experimentation and home studio stuff...just dont try and turn it up....

Boss Metal Zone MT-2 - Perfect pedal for anyones whos into metal, or in to rock for that matter. Very versitle, great tones, good price, great derability...
