DOD Review: Death Metal Pedal

History:

Purchase: I bought this pedal for 70 bucks off of e-bay. I was looking for a heavy distortion tone for rhythm and lead guitar.

What I Like About This DOD Death Metal Pedal: There isn't much i like about this pedal.

What I Do NOT Like About The DOD Death Metal Pedal: Where do i begin. First off the distortion is awful,way to muddy. This pedal claims to emulate death metal bands such as carcass and napalm death , but this just isnt true. The tone is also terrible for solos. It make way to much noise. It sounds very cheap. All 5 guys in the band got a laugh out of this pedal. If you go to musicians friend you can here this crap pedal there.

DOD Death Metal Pedal Quality Rating: This pedal is made of metal so it is durable . I got rid of mine 3 hours after i bought it , so i can't really say.

Review Summary: This pedal is a waste of time. Do not buy this pedal. If you need a heavy tone , buy a boss mt-2 it . It's still the champ. My custom les paul sound bad through this unit enough said.
