History:
Purchase: I went to the shop, but the seller told me that the Squir Strat had a worse starter packet and said that the Yamaha guitar is a exact copy of the Squir. I got the Yamaha, a 20 W amp, gigbag and a strap for 299 €.
What I Like About This Yamaha EG-112U: It's sound is fantastic! It playes easyer than my friends Squir strat ja the Yamaha feels good. It's alsow very well built, feel very strong eventought it's a light guitar.
What I Do NOT Like About The Yamaha EG-112U: The only problem is that it's not the original Fender Stratocaster USA/Mexico. And the fact that it only has one not two tuners.
Yamaha EG-112U Quality Rating: It's well built, never felt that it might break. It's sound is alsow good and clean, but if you hit the strigs very hard it does rattle a bit.
The neck on this guitar is very good and it slide easy for me. And I love that it has the humbucker!
Review Summary: Great value! It's the best beginner guitar I know and it's cheap! Squir is no better and only costs more.
Well built, good sound, 22 frets, easy-to-play neck and a low price.
