Crate Review: V series 5212

History:

Purchase: Saw a concert with ZZ Top. Checked out new amp Billy was playing, V series 50 two 12 combo. Found one at music store, plugged in and started jamming. (im 45 y/o with 30years experience.) Have collected fenders, marshall, Line6, Crate, Peavey, and am considered a tone freak. Like a serfer searching the perfect wave, I search the perfect tone. I paid $942.00 for this one and think that is cheap. The amp sounds great with my american guitar collection, especially my strat. Tone, at all ranges, what an enjoyable amp to play. Will rate it with my Dumble.
