Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

I found this unit, in of all places an indoor flea market/antique shop. I paid only $159.

I wanted something inexpensive to play at home. This is my 4th guitar. When I got home I plugged into my Fender Twin Reverb and had my socks blown off. Once I got rid of the shitty strings and put on some good Fender Bullets, I got my sock blown off again. What a sound out of an inexpensive unit. I play it constantly and remained impressed. What a find. Very well constructed. Several people say they are no good, I disagree totally.
