This amp is a fun amp and you can get this thing to do a lot more than a Fender Bassman could with the added volume controls, effects loop, and further EQing controls.

Bought new in 94'($600)This amp was chosen for the fact of it having channel switching and being alot easier to transport than other larger amps I had owned. Purchased at Chandler Music in McKenzie, TN. USA
Great tone in both channels. The clean side is as good, if not better than the Fenders I have owned. The dirty side offers up plenty of gain with no loss of tonal control.
There is little I didn't like about this amp. Itwould be nice to have tone controls that aren't shared between both channels. Also, with the pre-amp near maxed, things got a little noisey, but I use single coil p/u's, and most of the tones I shoot for don't require that much front end.
This thing is built solid. Over the past 8 years, it's always been reliable at every job & party, never seen the shop yet!
I would buy this one again. No mistake made when we hooked up. I could do any style of music with this one, a great workin' musician's amp. R.Bone rated this unit on 2003-01-01.
