Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

Pair with a nice tube or clean pre and you've got magic. Especially when rolling 160hz off for vocal recordings. Yes the mic is $1,000, but for that price you are getting an extremely versatile mic. This mic can be used in pretty much any studio application. If you had to get just one mic and have it be a workhorse this would be a good choice. [read more on Audiofanzine]
