ESP F-300FM Reviews 5

I bought this guitar in Basingstoke (England) for £800. I was actually after a ESP Signature guitar until I saw this one. It looks 10 times better and very gothic so I decided to buy it instead (plus it was alot cheaper)

This guitar clean puts some acoustic guitars I've played to shame - it sounds great. You can also get a authentic Metiallica/Slayer sound of out it because it has the same (if not damn similar similar) pickups. The action is very quick and the strings are close to the neck right the way down the threatboard.

They dont sell it anymore!! It was replaced 2 months after I bought mine by the F-400FM. As far as I can tell it's the same guitar with a fancier threatboard.

Construction: Set-thru Scale: 25.5” Body: Mahogany w/flame maple top Neck/Fretboard: 3-pc. maple/rosewood Pickups: EMG-81 set Electronics: Volume, tone, 3-way toggle Bridge: Tune-o-matic w/string-thru-body Frets: 24

I've picked up a few Fenders & Ibanez guitars (+£1200) in shops and found they just dont compare. ESPs are way ahead in sound and action. The guys at the store were *very* annoyed that I'd just bought their favourite guitar they had in the shop. And I am very glad I bought it. Anyways, back to learning "You Always Walk Alone" - Helloween.
