Sabine Fuzztortion Reviews 4

Bought at Musician's Friend for $89.99 in my first 'pedal nut' phase, along with an Ibanez DE-7 Delay and a DOD Ice Box Chorus.

To be honest, I bought this pedal because I was trying to be weird and have each of my pedals be of a different brand (also helped me tell them apart). But this pedal turned out to be great. It has two modes, fuzz and distortion, and while the distortion doesn't sound as good as my Marshall Jackhammer, the fuzz really adds a new dimension to my sounds. Five switches offer a variety of options, and this thing is well built.

Not much, really, except that the displays are a little hard to read.

Very good.

I recommend this pedal as a great alternative to better known pedals like the ubiquitous Boss Super Distortion and the Ibanez line.
