Zildjian 14' New Beat Hi Hats Reviews
I'm a drummer. I'm originally from Brazil. I play in a band called Glint.
Hi-hats is another drum set part that gives, with the snare, your signature sound. There are so many options in the market today but to find one pair that works well with almost any style, still giving an original sound is a big plus. I purchased the 14' Zildjian New Beat hi-hats cymbals a while ago after it caught my ears during a friend's gig. I always try to keep building a good collection of cymbals for the different sound application I might find. These hi-hats have a very good versatility, giving a bold and dark sound. They are great for heavy grooving beats.
You can find the Zildjian New Beat for a price around $330 bucks.
These are very all-purpose hats. They fit very well with a lot of styles, but they do have some dark quality that I like very much, giving a big and heavy hi-hat sound to my beats.
Some of you might find that when playing these hats closed the tonal color produced is a little dark therefore less present.
These are traditional finished, medium/heavy hats.
For those looking for hi-hats that fit very well with a wide variety of styles.mtebaldi
