Washburn debuts NX and RX series electrics

Washburn Guitars has unveiled the new NX & RX electric guitar series. Based on Washburn’s X Series, the NX and RX series have a slightly modified body shape. The new models include the RX10, RX12, RX20, RX22, RX25, NX30, NX40, NX50, and the NX100.

RX10
This affordable electric guitar features a Basswood body, a bolt on Maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, and chrome hardware with pickups in a humbucker/single/single configuration. A fulcrum tremolo and die-cast tuners are standard. List price - $229.90.

RX12( pictured)
The RX12 has the same specifications as the RX10, but with 2 humbuckers. List price - $265.90.

RX20
Features Basswood body with Flame Maple veneer, a bolt on Maple neck, rosewood fingerboard, chrome hardware, and stop tailpiece. List price - $354.90.

RX22
The RX22 is constructed of a Basswood body with Flame Maple veneer, Maple bolt-on neck, Rosewood fingerboard, die-cast tuners, chrome hardware, and a string-thru bridge. List price - $390.90.

RX25
Features of a Basswood body with Flame Maple veneer, Maple bolt-on neck, Rosewood fingerboard, and a licensed Floyd Rose bridge. Chrome hardware and die-cast tuners come standard. List price is $444.90.

NX30
The NX30 has all the same features as the NX25 with the exception of a string-thru bridge and 3-ply binding. This guitar has a street price of $444.90.

NX40
A Mahogany body with Flame Maple veneer, Maple bolt-on neck, Rosewood fingerboard, 18:1 tuners, chrome hardware, a stop tailpiece, and dual humbucker pickups. List price - $444.90.

NX50
The NX50 has the features of the NX40 with the exception of a Quilt Maple veneer and Maple set neck. List price - $533.90.

NX100
The NX100 features a Mahogany body with a solid Flame Maple top, Mahogany set neck, and an Ebony fingerboard and is equipped with dual humbucker pickups. Chrome hardware, Grover® 18:1 tuners, and a stop tailpiece are standard. List price - $1,069.90.
