Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

I purchased this guitar online from Kimvee? music out of Texas. Being left-handed and a beginner, I wanted a decent guitar at an affordable price. I paid $190 + $10 bucks shipping. I've had it for 9 months.

It's a beautiful guitar with a Mahogany face and satin finish. It's fairly easy to play, and has a rich tone after broken in with good Martin strings on it. The best feature is it rarely goes out of tune.

The pickup is weak, but sounds ok. It has 1 volume and 1 tone knob on the top of the unit near the neck. There is a little fret buzz, but has never been adjusted from the factory.

Very well constructed with quality materials.

This is a good beginner to intermediate guitar. It sounds and plays better than my friends Fender and Yamaha in the same price range. Much better looking too. A great deal for the price.
