This interface comes with a copy of CakeWalk Sonar X1 LE and it is very easy to set it up in that software. Only 2 of the channels on this interface have preamps though, and the other 2 do not so for me they really were not useable. Overall, I'm kind of amazed, really. At its price, it's a natural choice to pair with a VS-700 or just to run by itself as a project studio IO solution, but its applications in live sound as a control center for a small performance hall should not be overlooked either.
