Ibanez 4-String Left Handed Reviews 4 / 5 based on 1 reviewsI always wanted to learn how to play the bass, but my parental units didn't want me to piss the neighbors off. So when I grew up I bought one of my own. I'm a natural righty, but since I didn't know how to play anyways, I took up the south paw. After holding it in my hands, the body, and sound fit me....so I purchased it that day as a package deal. I got this 4-string Lefty Ibanez with bag, insturctional video, and 10 watt amp. for $300.00 brand new
This unit is painted straight black. The neck of the guitar is made of dark cherry wood. The sound is awesome coming out of the amp.
The only fall back on this unit. When you use the thud technique, it doesn't come out sharply, it sounds muffled. Maybe it's just my technique, and I need more practice....but it doesn't sound all that great.
This Bass is sturdy, a well build instrument from neck to base...this is perfect for just starting out
This Bass is the perfect bass for the beginner that doesn't want to spend an arm and a leg over equipment, this will give you what you need to practice into the musician you want to be. Shelia rated this unit on 2002-03-07.
