It's solidly constructed and has pretty good tone for a starter kit.
The hardware is kind of trashy though.

It's very good quality and good construction.
It's very valuable to me, but to anyone else it's worth about $400.
If you're looking for a starter to very bottom middle range kit, I would recommend this one.
