Fender 40th Anniversary Stratocaster Mexican Reviews 5 / 5 based on 1 reviewsI was looking for a good Fender for a while. I knew that Mexican guitars were getting good reviews everywhere, and I had played a 60s strat Mexican. I found this one in Kings Music in Brooklyn. I paid $300 for it, and it came with a Fender bag, too.
Everything about the guitar. Mine is a Sunburst finish, with a white pick guard. The handeling is great. The neck is comfortable enough to play almost anything. The 5 way switch is awsome. She was already 10 whe I got her, and everything is in perfect condition.
There isn't much to dislike. I think my only dislke would be that I didn't find this guitar years ago.
Rosewood neck, 22 frets. It is your typical Fender Stratocaster, but this has a little 40th anniversary thing on the head.
If you see a Fender 40th Anniversary Mexican Stratocaster, try it. I know it's not for everyone, but in my opinion, it is a damn good guitar. Kenny rated this unit on 2004-04-15.
