Hands-on review: ZVEX Effects Fuzz Probe

$999 ea. demo from Mars Music I was looking for the best all around stage monitors I could find, and I got 2 of these. I primarily use them in my rehersal studio, but I am acquiring other PA gear and plan to use them to gig out.

These things sound absolutely awesome. I am still not sure if they are worth what I paid, but I certainly can't complain about the sound quality. I was hoping to buy EAW speakers at the time, but these were easier to find. I like them so much I am about to buy another pair of used ones. They seem to be bomb proof, and definitely road-ready.

The price... really expensive, but I am hoping you get what you pay for.

These things are perfect and appear to be able to handle a lot of abuse (though I have babied mine). I would trust these one the road any day.

I give these an 8 out of 10. My only complaint is the price. If they last a lifetime the 8 will go to a 10.
