Washburn WA-X12-QVS Reviews 5

This is a nice guitar for the money. The finish is amber burst. It is a standard scale length. It came with a set of 9-42 gauge strings. I am currently a semi-professional player. I play lead guitar with a band a couple of weekends per per month. I bought this guitar as a back up. Now I am playing it quite a bit onstage.

I bought this guitar online from Musician's Discount Club. They drop shipped it from their distributor right to my door. I paid about $210 with free shipping included. It guitar alone lists for $300. It was a great buy on a really nice guitar.

I really like the playability and looks of this guitar. I think I got my money's worth on this one. And Musician's Discount Club got it right out to me.

Really, there's not much I don' like about this guitar. Perhaps I would prefer slightly different string gauging, but that's about it. Of course, that's an easy enough fix.

The quality is good. It seems to be very well put together. I've owned a couple of Washburn guitars. They all been really nice.

The bottom line is I don't think you can go wrong with Washburn. It's a company that has been around a long time. Plus, they make really nice guitars. And, Musician's Discount offers a lot of nice, but affordable, products on the website.
